PE Pipe Extrusion Machine Features
1. The optimum spiral bush highly improves the output of the pipe extruder
2. Accurate temperature control system ensures material melting performance
3. Unique screw design achieves better plasticizing and high-quality products
4. Precisely designed gearbox with a high torsion guarantees stable running
5. H sharp frame to decrease vibrating of an extruder
6. Advanced PLC operation system realizes synchronization and high-quality products
7. Adopt automatic water temperature &level control and special independent filters on both vacuum and cooling tanks
8. Offer a stable haul-off unit with 2-12 caterpillars
9. Provide saw &chip free cutting options
10. Low energy consumption, excellent performance, and easy maintenance

Advantages

2. The extruder adopts high efficient length diameter ratio screw structure with high production efficiency.

3. Two-stage vacuum correction tank and the vacuum correction tank is made of 304 stainless steel. 

4. The haul-off machine adopts a crawler type, with a large tractor and variable frequency speed regulation.

5. The cutting machine adopts annular dust-free cutting, and the pipe wall is smooth.

6. The stacker adopts the proximity switch to control the fixed length, and the cylinder controls the blanking after cutting.

Our PE pipe machine can produce PE sizes ranging from ?16 to ?2000mm.
PE pipes can be used for water supply, gas supply, water drainage, liquid transportation, electric conduit, etc.
Our PE pipe machine can process different kinds of PO materials: PP, PPR, PERT, PB, PEX-B, etc.
We can provide different PE pipe extrusion lines: normal or high speed, single or multi-layer, single or double strand
