Q:Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We have our own factory ,also sell some other Chemical Products which we don't manufacture by ourselves .but better price than agent. And give customer full service.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Usually if choose our standing products, delivery is 3-4 days. If it's custom made, it will take 7-10 days to deliver.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A:Yes ,we supply free samples but customer pay express charge .and later, if the transaction, you pay the cost of this product can be deducted in the late ordering of products.

A: We recommend using the Alibaba payment system .Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.or irrevocable LC at sight .
