Do you have a minimum order?
We don't have a minimum order. if you want you can make a small order to verify delivered.
What is the way you ship?

Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail, as it may have been received there.Please allow 10-15 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
When will i get my tracking number?
You will get your tracking number in a maximum of 48 hours after you ship. Most of the time its within 12-24 hours.
We don't ship at the weekends, so orders made between Friday PM and Sunday PM will be dispatched Monday AM.
How the package is packed?
All the packages are packed very discreetly and without any logos on them. On the package, we are filling in just the senders and receivers' information.
What about if products are out of stock after placed an order?
CH Pharma inventory is real-time. So any item you see on the site is in stock. In the rare instance that you order an item and we discover an inventory error, we will contact you immediately and review your options. You will not be charged for any item until it ships from our warehouse.
Can I return package to sender?
No, you can not return any packages back to us. It is very risky for you and us.
Why isn't my tracking number visible?
Sometimes the tracking number is visible only after the package has passed the customs, in rare cases it needs more time as usual.
In some countries, the package is not trackable and we can't do anything about this.
Is a signature required to receive the package?
Not unless you request it.
