Introduction: YC-CZ4500
This machine is mainly used for vibrating and draining water after material cleaning, and can also be used to remove small stones and small particles mixed in materials. There is an impurity removal drum installed under the vibrating screen, which can filter out the impurities in the vibrating drainer to ensure the cleanliness of the water and the pressure of the water flow. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, and is made in strict accordance with national food safety standards. It is suitable for continuous vibration draining and stone removal of various fruits and vegetables, and is used in conjunction with various food processing lines.
The machine is equipped with two high-pressure centrifugal pumps, which drive the huge water flow into the water tank. The special arc structure of the water tank forms a vortex water flow to make the material roll up and down, ensuring that the material is cleaned in all directions without dead ends. Simple operation, environmental protection and hygiene, high degree of automation, is a replacement product of traditional cleaning equipment.
It is suitable for supermarkets, vegetable distribution, farmers markets and other supermarkets and agricultural enterprises, as well as large and medium-sized enterprises such as prisons, schools, troops, corporate canteens, meal hosting groups, and central kitchens.
