Parts of aluminum ally are subject to surface treatment. Adhesive blasting method can help make parts more abrasive. Rigidity on surface of parts can be increased by use of anodic oxidation. Remaining 60 degree rigidity on parts plays an important role in keeping them from being abraded. With anodic oxidation method, oxide film reaches the thickness up to 0.2mm and has rust protection and anti-oxidative functions. Attached to various colors, anodic oxidation can be made many different colors for surface of parts such as light black, muted black, golden yellow, blue and etc. Bright black is common one required for instruments and apparatus as well as mechanical equipments. Muted black is one color frequently used for optical instruments, film and television equipments and medical instruments and apparatus. Palm print apparatus consists of precision parts of aluminum alloy which are abrasive blasting and anodic oxidation featuring muted color which is not reflective and no disturbance caused. |

Processing procedure is strictly controlled. First of all, CNC is required to process the shape and when data reaches standard, CNC processes hollow part. When CNC works, it is critical to choose a proper milling cutter. Coated milling cutter features sharp and wear resistance. In the course of cutting, factors such as feed and cutting depth affects quality and form and location tolerance. In the process of processing aluminum alloy, deformation appeared in parts is a knotty problem. Whether processing procedure is correct or not is a significant factor affecting product process. A technology, called surface sand blasting, can remove de-burring left. During the sand blasting, pressure for air under compressed condition shall not be higher, which the reasonable range is 0.5-0.6MP. Sand blasts too light if air pressure is high and parts is inclined to be deformed if air pressure is high. Hard anodized ensure the normal level of Rockwell hardness for metal surface. |
