This machine is an automatic sand blasting machine, achieves high working efficiency with automatic operation, reduces cost in long term production. Designed with PLC control and electronic sensor technology enables blast guns to be automatically turned off when no components are present, eliminating waste of energy and unnecessary wear-and-tear on the machine.

Working Process of Continuous Belt Automatic Sand Blasting Machine
- In our automatic conveyor sand blasting machine, components are continuously presented to an array of pre-positioned guns as the parts are conveyed in and out of the blast chamber on an adjustable-speed belt.
- Up to 12 suction-blast guns are bracketed in fixed position, rotated on a turret or oscillated to cover more surface area, or they can sweep parts in linear motion synchronized with indexed movement of the belt.
- Our 3-chambered cabinet isolates blasting for cleaner, quieter operation and has an air wash blow-off zone. Automatic sandblasting machine.
- The blasted surface of the product is clean, has no sticky debris after automatic sandblasting. In particular, automatic sandblasting avoids the uneven blasting effect, chromatic aberration, it enhance the quality of the batch.
