Section01: This section is mainly to transmit the glass into the washing and drying section. Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for coating glass and Low-e glass detection.
Section02:Glass Washing and Drying section
Stainless steel material and corrosion-resistant material adopted for all washing area, water tank, and waterway system.
The 3 pairs brushes are driven by 3motors independently, which will not affect the other motors working when any of them has problems.
Section03: Conveyor section
Adopts 2 motors to drive the transmission section. Two small glasses can be parked at the same time to improve work efficiency.
