In the process of processing aluminum alloy, deformation appeared in parts is a knotty problem. Whether processing procedure is correct or not is a significant factor affecting product process. A technology, called surface sand blasting, can remove de-burring left. During the sand blasting, pressure for air under compressed condition shall not be higher, which the reasonable range is 0.5-0.6MP. Sand blasts too light if air pressure is high and parts is inclined to be deformed if air pressure is high. Hard anodized ensure the normal level of Rockwell hardness for metal surface.
