Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are the factory, established from 2007, at the same time, we began to export, until today we have 14 years export experience.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we can provide most of the product samples. But we will charge a little sample order fee, if you placed the order.

Q: How Iong will my chairs be warranted?
A: We will provide 5 years warranty to our original purchaser of new products from the date of purchase. Warranty is based upon material defect causing product failure within warranty. We will determine the course of action by supplying free parts, repairing or replacing the defective products.
