SP&SPR Sump Pump
The SP(R) Type pumps are vertical, centrifugal slurry pumps submerged in sump to work. It is suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurry. The submerged pump is divided into SP type and SPR type, the structure is the same, SP type flow parts and shaft are made of metal material, which is suitable for conveying abrasive slurry. SP type flow parts are lined with corrosion-resistant rubber, which is suitable for conveying corrosive slurries. No shaft seal and shaft seal water are needed, and it can work normally even under conditions of insufficient suction.
Overall performance and advantages of SP(R) sump pump
1. The pump body, impeller and guard plate of the SP Sump pumps are all made of wear-resistant material high chromium alloy and the wearing parts are of long life
2. The structure is simple and easy to install. The pump body is bolted to the bracket. The upper end of the bracket is equipped with a bearing. The bearing adopts double-row tapered roller structure at the pump end and a single-row cylindrical roller structure at the drive end, which can withstand the maximum of axial load. The inlet of the pump system is equipped with a filter to prevent excessive particles from entering the pump.
3. A motor seat or motor bracket is installed on the bearing body of the sump pump, which can adopt direct drive or V-belt drive, and the groove wheel can be easily replaced to change the pump speed to meet the performance of changes in working conditions or pump wear variety.
4.All parts of type SPR pump immersed in liquid are lined with rubber outer liner. They are suited to transport non-edge angle abrasive slurry.
5.The type with"L"is a sump pump of extension shaft series,which is suited for the working condition of deeper level. The guide bearing construction is added to the pump on the basis of the standard pump, so the pump is with both more steady operation and wider application range, but flushing water should be attached to the guide bearing.
