The burner of the incinerator is equipped with a safety protection device, which will automatically cut off the fuel supply when the burner starts abnormally.
2. Before the incinerator stops running, there is a combustion chamber cooling program (normal shutdown and safety program shutdown). When the temperature drops to the set value, the cooling program ends and the incinerator stops working.
3. The equipment is equipped with leakage protection device. When the temperature is 40 degrees and the relative humidity is 85%, the insulation resistance of the electrical circuit is greater than 2 MΩ, and it can withstand the experimental voltage of 1min power frequency (50Hz) and 1500V. The positioning of each part is accurate and the connection is reliable.

Design ideas:According to the characteristics of the project, the rotary kiln incinerator is selected, which can burn solid and liquid at the same time. Especially for chemical residue, sludge, organic waste liquid, industrial solid waste, etc.,
it is the preferred furnace type for comprehensive waste disposal center. Rotary kiln incinerator is built in a cylindrical metal shell insulation brick, horizontal slightly inclined, through the overall rotation of the furnace body to achieve uniform mixing and move to the discharge end along the inclined Angle. This incinerator adopts flue gas directional design. Through the rotation of the furnace body, the waste is constantly rolling and stirring to ensure the uniformity of heating, and the residence time of the waste in the rotary kiln can reach 0.5-1 hours, which can ensure that the waste is fully heated and the organic matter is fully removed. At the same time, it equips with a second combustion chamber and the waste gas generated by the rotary kiln incinerator is again incinerated at high temperature (1100ºC) to ensure the removal efficiency of organic matter. According to the use of temperature ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds selects furnace type. After flue gas cooling, the tail gas is mainly purified, mainly from the removal of acidic components and nitrogen oxides, adsorption of harmful components and dust particle collection for equipment selection.
Incinerator device includes the following equipment:
Feed hydraulic transmission device, waste liquid conveying pipeline system, rotary kiln body, the primary burner, the secondary combustion chamber, the secondary burner, water cooled cyclone dust removal, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation tower, exhaust fan, independent chimney, alkali storage tank and conveying system, lye pump, blower and air supplying system, electrical system, instrument control system, automatic ash device, system installation and maintenance's platform and support, etc.
Brief introduction of main process flow:
1) First, open the blower and purge the residual gas and other flammable and explosive gases in the furnace to prevent explosion after ignition.
2) Before ignited by the burner, please open the induced draft fan first and purge the furnace for five minutes. The fuel diesel is transported through pipelines and ignited by ignition burners. The heat release from the burner increases the temperature of the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber slowly.
3) Solid waste is fed into the rotary kiln by the feeding system, and the combustion temperature is controlled at 850ºC by controlling oxygen supply. The waste liquid enters the rotary kiln or secondary combustion chamber through the waste liquid pipeline.
4) The flue gas produced by rotary kiln enters into the secondary chamber, and the ash and slag produced by incineration is discharged automatically by wet scraper.
5) The flue gas produced by incineration is further burned at high temperature in the secondary combustion chamber assisted by organic waste liquid, and the combustion temperature is increased to 1100ºC to make the incineration more complete and achieve the effect of smokeless, odorless and no secondary pollution. The residence time of flue gas in the second chamber are 4.0 seconds, so that the trace organic matter and dioxins in flue gas can be fully decomposed. The decomposition efficiency is more than 99.99% to ensure that the undecomposed organic components and carbon particles in flue gas completely decomposed at about 1100ºC. Multi-stage combustion is used in the secondary combustion chamber to effectively inhibit the formation of nitrogen oxides.
6) The flue gas from the secondary combustion chamber enters into the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, and the ash content in the flue gas is settled by centrifugal force in the cyclone dust collector, which improves the cleanliness of the flue gas.
7) The flue gas from the cyclone enters the semi-dry quench tower. By the pressure pump, the reaction tower at the top of the two-fluid nozzle enters into the reaction tower, through the two-fluid nozzle atomized into small droplets and the atomized droplets are subjected to the hot flue gas upward, near the nozzle to form a high density area of the droplets are suspended, by adjusting the injection amount to control the temperature within 1 second quickly reduced to about 200 ºC, thus the regeneration of dioxins are effectively inhibited. At the same time, some sparks in the flue gas are extinguished by spraying water mist, protecting the subsequent cloth bag from being burned.
8) Then the flue gas enters into the spray washing tower and wet packing washing tower device. The main function is to wash away the acid gas in the flue gas.
9) The flue gas from the spray tower is discharged directly into the chimney after passing through the induced draft fan.

Lye removal of sulfur and chlorine:
HCl + NaOH → NaCl + H2O
