Q1: How about your delivery time ?
A1: Generally, it will take 35 to 40 days after receiving deposit. The specific time depends on the items and the quantity.

A3: Generally, we pack the heat pump in brown cartons, plywood or pallet, it can be as customer required.
Q4: What is your sample policy?

A5: Yes, we have 100% test before we pack the goods for delivery.
Q6: How about your warranty ?
A6: 2 years warranty on the whole unit. also we give to customer 1% spare parts FOC.

How does swimming pool heat pump work:
1. The heat pump receives water from filter pump
2. The fan of the pump pulls in warm ambient air
3. Evaporator coil extracts heat from air
4. Extracted heat warms the coil's cold refrigerant into a warm vapor
5. Compressor pressurizes warm vapor into a hot gas
6. Hot gas travels through inner tubes of the heat exchanger
7. Pool water flows through heat exchanger and warms up
8. Hot gas cools down into a liquid as it exits the heat exchanger
9. Cooled liquid refrigerant travels through the expansion valve, then cooling down more
10. The process restart
