Manual Powder Coating Oven used for curing the workpiece which has been spraying during the powder coating. When a thermoset powder is exposed to elevated temperature, it begins to melt, flows out, and then chemically reacts to form a higher molecular weight polymer in a network -like structure.
Powder coating oven have a galvanized steel sheet on outside and steel sheet on the inside.

PLC Controller
The PLC controller provides high-precision heating process, operators could set the desired temperature and heating time
accurately on the panel.
Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The control panel also includes safety devices: alarm light
and emergency stop buttons, etc.
Oven Wall Materials
100mm thick rockwool board density 120kgs/cbm, built with heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall to form a sandwich insulation structure. This is an optimum design to maintain the temperature in oven chamber.
Circulation Fan
Installed on the top of oven, saves space.Circles hot air through the entire chamber, ensure even temperature for curing parts.
Moving trolley
Product hang on the metal shelf, the metal shelf will be into the oven.
It are standardly equipped with two trolleys, inner trolley for loading workparts, and outer trolley loading the inner trolley for outside transportation.This transporting system will not pollute the inner chamber and work parts, ensure the clean environment in powder curing process and purity of work parts.
