The vacuum couch roll on the fourdrinier paper machine is located at the place where the web of the forming fabric is removed, which is the end point of the working stroke section of the forming fabric. At the same time, it is an active roller wrapped by the forming fabric to drive the forming fabric to move.
In the cylinder paper machine, it refers to a pair of extruding and dewatering elements formed by the cylinder mould or the net drum, and the web paper layer is taken away by the wet felt.
The vacuum roller is composed of two parts: vacuum chamber and roll shell.
1.Vacuum chamber:Generally, it is made of tin bronze by centrifugal casting. When polyester mesh is used, copper shell coated with glue or stainless steel roller shell is used to prevent corrosion. The roller shell is full of countersunk round holes. The roller shell is connected with the transmission shaft, and the cantilever structure is designed for the need of changing the mesh.1.The size and technical parameters of each part are determined according to the requirements of users.
