PE/PP Granulating Line

1. PP/PE granulating line could be single-stage strand pelletizing, single-stage water-ring pelletizing, double-stage strand pelletizing, or double-stage water-ring pelletizing.
2. It could apply to PP PE film, and PP PE lumps with different cleanness.
3. The screw of the extruder has an exhaust system, venting the moisture.
4. The die head is equipped hydraulic screen exchanger to filter the impurity easily.

This unit is specially used for waste PP PE recycling granulating/pelletizing to make pellets. With CE certifications, we have exported all over the world, such as  Poland, Brazil, Holland, Thailand, South Africa, Japan and etc. With the best after-sale service, we always give our customers the best production line.
 
With different designs of screws, this machine can be applied to granulate the recycled material of  HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, PS, and PET.PC and other material. It can be strapless in the course of production. It uses pneumatic conversion and strong wind blowing, with a water cooling, and dewatering machine. At the same time can adjust stainless steel storage containers and can run at high speed for a long time while extruding stably. It's capacity can reach 50kg/h-500kg/h

Main Advantage:
1. Double-step plastic granulator Machine is the successor to the plastic master-sub granulator.
2. Double step plastic granulator is installed by a "one line" shape, a "right and left" shape, and a "T" shape, which is saving the workspace.
3. This machine is different from the waste plastic machines, such as PP, PE, and HDPE. especially resolved the problem of high-density polyethylene granulation broken bars.
4. Double-step plastic granulator is matched with plastic crusher and granular cutting machine.  While the waste plastic materials through crushing and washing could be put into an extruder without drying. But the die head of the machine could be an electric screen changer or a hydraulic screen changer.
