Main structure and principle

Main structure:
 This product adopts a parallel multi-channel split cooling method, which consists of a feeding chamber, a discharging chamber, a driving device, a plurality of cooling and heat exchange tubes, a rotating simplified structure, a frame and other parts.

Working principle:
 The boiler slag drop pipe is directly connected to the slag inlet of the machine. During operation, the cylinder is driven by the driving device to run at a low speed, and the inlet and outlet valves are opened at the same time, so that the cooling water (about 30°C) fills the cylinder and maintains a certain flow. The high-temperature slag enters each cooling channel uniformly through the feeding chamber, and the cooling channel is provided with spiral heat-absorbing fins, which play a driving role. The slag travels a certain distance in the cooling channel every time it rotates. With the continuous rotation of the simplifier, the slag and the cooling water flow through each heating surface in the opposite direction for heat exchange, so that the temperature of the slag is lowered, and the hot water enters the deaerator.

Main Features
1. Large heat exchange area, low temperature waste slag discharge. This feature can greatly absorb the heat in the slag, so that it can be returned to the system to generate direct economic benefits, and at the same time, the slag can be reduced to below 100 degree, which can provide a wider range of options for the slag conveying method.
2. Small wear and long service life. In order to reduce wear and tear, the design is divided into high and low temperature sections, and the spiral heat sink in the high temperature section is made of ICr18Ni9Ti material. Because the spiral action slag can only roll toward the outlet according to the trajectory of the spiral blade, there is rolling friction between the slag particles and the inner wall of the metal. In addition, the linear velocity of the inner wall of the tube is low and the wear is small, so the service life is greatly extended. Small size, easy to install.
3. Due to the reasonable slag discharge process, the heat transfer coefficient is high, and the volume is small when the slag discharge temperature is low in the same industry. The equipment is installed horizontally (0-3° inclined installation can also be carried out according to customer requirements), which is suitable for the space requirements of the site and is conducive to installation. The boiler is changed from regular slag discharge to continuous slag discharge.
4. The product adopts frequency conversion control device, which can realize automatic control, and can adjust the drum speed according to the amount of slag, so that the speed can be adjusted at any time according to the change of boiler load, so as to keep the coal supply and slag discharge of the boiler in balance, thus maintaining the boiler fire bed. The stability of the material layer thickness further reduces the loss of mechanical incomplete combustion and chemical incomplete combustion for the boiler, which has direct benefits.
