Method
1.To remove surface dust,grease,rust,and old coating, ensure direct contact with steel or galvanized coating.
2.Up and down shaking jar,heard the glass bead noise to shake after more than 30 times,to ensure the paint fully shake
3.In order to ensure the coating thickness of 40 microns,coating surface spraying distance 30 cm, spraying speed of 10 cm/s.
4.To prevent hush, inverted jar under pressure after spraying nozzle about 3 seconds, remove the nozzle more than expected, in case of hush.
