Geometric Orientation of Stainless Steel Rope Ferruled Mesh
At Tec-Sieve, upon request we can manufacture our stainless steel rope ferruled mesh panels in either the Vertical (V) geometric orientation or the Horizontal (H) geometric orientation.
Our stainless steel rope ferruled mesh panels in the Vertical (V) geometric orientation are called vertical mesh.
Our stainless steel rope ferruled mesh panels in the Horizontal (H) geometric orientation are called horizontal mesh.

How to Install Tec-Sieve Stainless Steel Wire Rope Mesh Panels
The installation of Tec-Sieve stainless steel rope mesh panels is not rocket science, and it requires only a minimum number of installation materials and installation tools. A stainless steel rope or installation cable is threaded through the outermost row of the mesh panel and then wound about a structure, thereby tensioning the mesh panel properly.
Now let's take an example to show you how a stainless steel rope ferruled mesh panel, which is precise in dimension, is installed properly step by step.
STEP 1
  1. When the packaging box arrives at the job site, please unpack the box.
  2. Since Tec-Sieve stainless steel rope mesh panels are supplied in rolls and they are tightly wrapped with plastic woven bags, so please open the bag.
  3. Please unfold a rope mesh roll.
  4. Please carefully identify the width and the height of the rope mesh panel.
  5. Please get installation materials (cable ties, ferrules and an installation cable) ready.
  6. Please get installation tools (flat plier wrench, wire rope cutter and HPE crimping tool) ready.
STEP 2
  1. At the beginning, please attach the four edges of the rope mesh panel with cable ties.
  2. Please attach at approx. every third mesh diamond. 
STEP 3
  1. Installation Cable Preparation
The installation cable length should be 5 x Length of the frame.
  1. Direct the installation cable spirally around the frame.
  2. In the corners, direct one additional time around the frame without threading through a loose ferrule.
STEP 4
  1. Before connecting the installation cable, please press the ferrules nearby to keep up the tension.
  2. Insert the ends of the installation cable into the connecting ferrule from either side.
  3. Crimp the connecting ferrule using the HPE crimping tool with two crimps.
STEP 5
  1. Cut the overlapping cable ends exactly at the connecting ferrule. (In some cases, an electric cutting device is necessary)
  2. Remove all the cable ties.
[A cable tie is a fastener consisting of a thin , flexible nylon strap with a notched surface, one end of which is threaded through a locking mechanism at the other]
STEP 6
  1. Position the ferrules in the four corners, and press them with a flat plier wrench.
  2. In terms of a larger rope mesh panel, position the ferrules at approx. every 30cm, and press the same with a flat plier wrench.
