Xgn66-12 box type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as simple switchgear) is a new generation of a complete set of high-voltage electrical appliances designed and developed by our factory, which meets the requirements of the national standard GB3906 "3 ~ 35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear" and the Ministry of electric power DL / t404 "technical conditions for ordering indoor AC high-voltage switchgear", It also meets the requirements of the international standard iec60298 AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment above 1kV and below 25kV.
This product has absorbed the advanced technology of foreign countries and is designed and developed for the problems of high accident rates and a large volume of existing similar switchgear in China. It has the advantages of small cabinet volume (only 50% of the volume of an ordinary switch cabinet), good circuit breaker performance, high reliability, and a reliable and simple "five prevention" interlocking mechanism.
NORMAL SERVICE CONDITIONS
a. Ambient temperature: no more than + 40 ºC; At least - 15 ºC;
b. Environmental humidity: relative humidity: the daily average value shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average value shall not exceed 90%; Water vapor pressure: the daily average value shall not exceed 2.2kpa, and the monthly average value shall not exceed 1.8ka;
c. Altitude: when the product is applicable to 12kV, the altitude shall not exceed 1000m; When the product is applicable to 7.2kV, the altitude shall not exceed 3000m
d. The surrounding air is not obviously polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive or combustible gas, vapor or salt mist;
e. Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment is negligible;
f. The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6kv;
Special use conditions
The user and the manufacturer shall negotiate when using under normal environmental conditions exceeding GB / t11022 and this instruction manual.
