The control system has ten standard cleaning procedures and two custom programming procedures, so as to ensure that the users' cleaning requirements can be satisfied
2.Circulating system:A circulating speed of 400L/min provides extremely strong cleaning capacity
The imported circulating pump and circulating speed sensor ensure a high-speed and proper-pressure praying processa gauze filter is equipped at joint of water inlet pipe and the tap water, so as to ensure the monitoring data of flow controller
3.The inner chamber of the cleaning machine is made of an entire piece of 316L stainless steel plate via bending and stamping pressing;It's welding-free and anti-corrosive;The inner chamber adopts AISI 316L mirror-polished stainless steel with a design of rounded corner and bottom slope, so as to ensure the cleanliness of the inner chamber
4.Equipped with the upper and lower rotating water spraying arms that have many water spraying gaps;The water spraying range is wider and the cleaning is more thorough
5.A double vapour condensation system ensures that the hot vapour inside the cleaning chamber can be converted to water quickly
6.A standard configuration of PT1000 dual-probe temperature sensor ensures that the temperature is accurate during the cleaning process
7.Two kinds of cleaning agents can be selected, I.E., powder cleaning agent or liquid cleaning agent;Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with a powder cleaning box and two liquid level control systems of liquid cleaning agent, so as to ensure the normal use of cleaning agent during the cleaning process
8.A water leakage protecting device and an over-temperature protection of equipment can ensure that the water inlet valve can be closed automatically and the equipment will be powered off when there is water leakage or over-temperature of the instrument
9.The instrument can be easily cleaned with its multiple filtering system where there is garbage collecting cup
10.The double peristaltic pump design, together with imported electric motor, ensures the accuracy of the liquid inlet and the adjustable volume of cleaning agent
11.The fault diagnosis, waterproof control panel, electronic safety lock, and automatic power-off protection once the door being opened enable the users have safer operation
12.The RS232 interface, SD card, printer, pure water booster pump, and other parts can be selected for perfecting the functions of the instrument
13.A hot air drying system with HEPA filter can dry the glassware thoroughly after cleaninghe drying temperature can be adjusted within 50ºc-120ºc, and the drying time can also be adjusted
14.A drawer-type cleaning agent storage device and double HEPA filter cotton are equipped
