Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. you can pay by Credit Card, T/T, or Paypal.
Q2: OEM/ODM?
We can customize the logo, package, color etc. Every year we created new creative to meet customer needs. If any need, we will sign NDA with you to keep your design secret.
Production&Delivey:
Q1.How does your factory control quality?
All the material purchasing and production quality control are strictly following the ISO9001 management system. Besides the in-house quality control, we also applied different certificates for our products, such as RoHS, ETL, CE, GS, CB, and so on to ensure all our products are of good quality and submit to the safety certificate of different markets.
Q2. What are your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF, EXW, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
Q3.What is the delivery time?
A sample is 3-7 days, a formal order is about 45-60 days.
Q4: What is the payment term?
Normally we accept T/T (30% deposit before production and the balance before shipment), also we can make L/C or other payment terms if requested and discussed.
