Q: Does this product work in wet conditions?
A:This sensor is waterproof,but in order to prevent the water, please don't damage the waterproof of the shell when mounting the device, mount the OSA enclosure with the sensor module facing down.
Q: How can I collect data?
A: If you have your own data logger, you only need to buy our sensor and meanwhile we send you communication protocol.
If you do not have, we can add our data logger for you, also provided with English software, which can help you read, inquire and download data.
Q: What's the lifetime of this temperature humidity module?
A: At least 5 years long. Every sensor has its own calibration certificate or testing report.
Q:What's the delivery time?
A: Usually, we dispatch goods in 3-5 working days after receiving your payment. But it depends on your quantity.
