Product Description
 TSE assembled hopper bottom grain storage silo is made of high quality hot-dip galvanized steel plate pressed into wavy shape by special equipment and made into standard connecting hole,which is connected by high strength bolt.
     Hopper silo includes silo roof,manhole,roof handrailventladdersilo body, stifener,silo door, silo bottom,silo leg.
     The scope of application of steel grain storage silo can store granular, powder and liquid materials, and can be widely used in grain, oil, chemical, brewing, medicine, food, cement, coal and other industries. For example, the stored materials include: grains (soybeans, corn, wheat, barley, oats, malt, rice, rice, rapeseed, rice husk, castor beans, sunflower seeds, etc.) and building materials (cement, fly ash, cooked Materials, slag, stones, quicklime, slaked lime, gypsum, calcium phosphine, etc.) are widely used in the fields of industry and agriculture, urban and rural areas, and environmental protection industries.
 


Hopper SiloIntroduction
Silo Roof
     The umbrella skeleton is prepared at the top of the warehouse, the skeleton material is C type carbon steel, the roof is made of galvanized plate, and the strip and bolt are galvanized. The roof of the warehouse is equipped with natural ventilation window, manhole, roof ladder, safety guardrail and so on.

Silo Body
     The assembled steel plate silo is madeofhigh quality hot-dip galvanized steel plate pressedinto wavy shape byspecial equipmentandmadeinto standard connecting hole which is connected by high strength bolt. The thickness distribution of silo plate is set according to strength theory, so that the pressure of silo plate is uniform and consistent. The vertical friction force is borne by the reinforcement which is uniformly distributed in the vertical direction of the silo.The section shape of the reinforcement is Z-shaped column.the connection bolt is equipped with spherical galvanized steel pad, and the screw holeis equipped with aging resistant waterproof gasket Add special waterproof slime strip between warehouse plates.


Silo Bottom
    Steel cone bottom:steelcone bottom is composed of column, ring beam, conical plate, tension bar and so on. The column is madeofI-beamwhich is made of national standard.l-beamis one of the most widelyusedstee varieties in the design and manufacture of steel structure.It has good structural stability and reliability. The ring beamis pressed with channel steel,which acts as a supporting silo. The function of connecting column and conical bottom plate. The cone bottom plate adopts the full assembly type, and the connecting bolt is the standard part of thenational standard8.8. installation simple and convenient,the whichmakes the cone bottom after installationis beautiful, practical, safe and reliable.

      The hopper, rings and support steel are made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. All TSE Grain Silos in hot-dip galvanized hopper cone for grain storage are designed in accordance D-4097 or ASTM D-3299 standards for elevated cone heads. According to the stored grain products and storing situations, the hopper or cone angles are commonly designed at 45º and 60º. The structure of hopper silo depends on the type of products to be stored. In generally, free flowing products pellet products like corn, wheat, soybean and feed pellets require the hopper bottom silo with a 45° angle while powder or other material which is hard to flow fits 60° cone bottom silo storage.

*We could also send our engineer to supervise the installation process. The client could find local workers for the installation work and our engineer will help them during the process.
