Layher frame/ modular frame scaffolding, mainly for facade masonry construction work. It is popular in European market.
It has several modular parts, including the main frames which have two standard width 1.09m and 0.73m. People can walk through it.
Different standard heigth include: 0.66m, 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m.the width 0.66 and 1.09m
Its modular design which insures a very convenient handling during erection of the scaffolding system.

Currently, we have well-trained workers of more than 300, advanced forging lines of 10 and many other advanced equipment. We are also capable of tooling designing, performance testing, new products researching and developing. We have two factories taking up to 160000 square meters. With years of development, we can reach a production capacity of more than 20 containers per month. We are growing all the time.
We have our own zinc plating and powder coating workshops and cast steel/cast iron part processing workshop, which enable fastest delivery and most consistent quality of the products.

1. We have our test lab to do the basic test for scaffolding couplers, base jacks, planks and some scaffolding parts.
2. We have our own workshop to make new moulds and develop new moulds
3. We have 3 engineers who do the products designing, developing and mould designing works.
4. We have 10 automatic production lines, including automatic welding, automatic production of the steel planks, CNC machine.
5. We have more than 20 professional employees who do the inspection work for each procedure of the productions.
6. We have 3 professional personnel who are in charge of the package and delivery.

Q2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit it?
It is located in Gaoxing Town, Rizhao City, Shandong Province, China. You can fly to Qingdao Airport or other airport and then fly to Rizhao Airport or take the bullet train to Rizhao Railway Station.
