2.MGo board machine manufacturing plant Main Features
1)In our new factory ,we really raw material feeding and metering automatic,
For the mixtures,we totally have 5 mixers, the first slurry materials mixer and second is the sanding materials mixer.And the rest part is 3 middle layer mixers .Why we equip 3 middle layer mixers ? it is because for the mgo board the main part is middle layer materials when we produce every thick mgo board for example mgo board above 18 mm then if we equip the 3 mixers middle layer mixer. It will be much more easier and high efficiency during the production.The mixers are double shaft so it can keep raw materials mixer very evenly .
2)Automatic forming part
This part is mainly production part, we use sucker to suck the PVC mold on the machine.This part is release agent. After we put release agent on the PVC mold, it will be very easy to separate the PVC mold with the board-mgo board. The first layer is slurry materials after the slurry material there will be two layer mesh, this is middle material and then another 2 layers mesh.You can see,we equiped to several fiber glass mesh rollers.It is because some customers have special requirement on the bending-strength of the mgo board. So we need to put more layers fiber glass mesh in the board.
3)adopting CNC cutting machine,so as to cutting edges precisely.
4)Unique designed board flip machine to guard the board surface very well
we also equip the flip machine, this part is our ad(advantage),our engineer adjusted the mgo board production line according to his experience for the flip machine.It will flip the mgo board automatically.Why we use this flip machine. It is because when we stock the mgo board,we need to stack with front side to front side. So the flip machine can help save lots labor's cost on it.
5)Full automatic board demoulding system ,help to save labor cost
According to our new technology , we make automatic demoulding system realized ,which can guantee the board surface smoohtly and help to save laor cost well/.
6)after installation and commissioning, we will provide MGO board formula suitable
with client' s demand , qualified MGO board .ensuring clients can produce Additional,we will help local experienced engineer for one year to master the production process .
