Q: What is your MOQ?
A: 1PC for sample checking is available. For trial order, 500pcs is our production MOQ.
Q: How about the payment?
A: T/T (30% Deposits before production, 70% balance paid before shipment),
L/C at sight
Alibaba payment.
Q: Do you charge for sample?
A: The sample needs to be charged and we will return the sample fee during your quantity order.
Q: Shipping Options?
A: By Express: such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX etc. Delivery Time takes 3-7 working days.
Agent specified by client: Pls tell us the contact details of your shipping agent.
If you do not have agent, we will recommend economical shipping company to transport the goods safely.
Q: How about the delivery time?
A: Sample order: within 3 working days
Quantity order: 15-20 working days
Q: Can you produce according to clients' design?
A: Sure, we are in lighting business since 2008, OEM and ODM are both welcome. Beside, we have our own mould factory backup, professioanl R&D engineers.
