1. Check whether the mechanical parts and tools are intact or not, such as whether the machine tool screws and pins are loosen. 2. Do not place tools, gauges, or other items in machine movement
parts. 3. Power head with automatic lubrication, check whether the
lubrication interface is intact, and make sure the oil did not hit in place. How to check whether hit the position, need to check whether the
lubrication tube is stuck or not. 4. Check the power head which exposed to the drive shaft, synchronous wheel, timing belt and other protective cover whether is
intact. 5. Make sure the thread pitch controller of the tapping power are kept
in long time maintain lubrication, if not well lubricated, lead and screw
will be worn easily. Better to check every month, when need to check
whether the lead and screw of the tapping power head is with enough
oil, only need to twist the lead and screw cover, shown in Figure (a), observe whether there is oil so as to ensure lead and screw can be
under a long time working.
