Fireproof Non-Chloride/Pure Sulfate/Magnesium Oxide MGO Board for Cladding/Wall/Floor /Sandwich Panel

Now the main trend is the sulfate mgo board, because chloride mgo board has sweating and corrosion problems. For us, we only do pure sulfate mgo board, we suggest all the customer choose ONLY sulfate mgo board. 
 

1. We manufacture both the mgo board and the machine, so we know well what kind of machine could produce good quality mgo board &  how to update the machine to increase the efficient and save cost.I could give you an example. You know, for the mgo board machine, usually the capacity is within 2000pcs based on the 8mm mgo board. Since from the end of this year, we have been updated our machine and capacity could meet 4000pcs within 10 hours. It means the capacity is double now. Also, when we manufacturer the machine, we have been equipped total 6 fiber glass mesh rolls to produce different kinds of panel.

After you set up the machine, then you will focus on marketing.

Training
According to some customer feedback, after the installation of the project, there is a very common problem for customer. Machine already installed, but customer don't know how to use; how to do the maintenance. You know, since after the big investment of the
Machine, customer needs to produce the finished panel as soon as possible to get the profit. So the training is a very important part for the whole project. For us, we could arrange our engineer to help the customer to do the training; Also, customer could send their engineers to come to our factory to learn. Since we keep updating some new mgo board product. So we could help our customer usually running faster in the mgo board field.
