MT-1 type ambient temperature iron oxide desulfurizer is a high-efficiency normal temperature desulfurizer whose main active component is ferric oxide,
 then added with various accelerators. It has the characteristics of large sulfur capacity, high purification degree, good strength, no degradation with water, and easy regeneration etc. The product has a high sulfur capacity, so it reduces the secondary pollution and replacement times.


MT series iron oxide desulfurizer is mainly used in hydrogen sulfide containing water gas, semi-water gas, coke oven gas, natural gas, liquefied gas, waste gas and oilfield associated gas for the industries of biogas, city gas, fertilizer, coking, citric acid, winery, metallurgy, textile, light industry, electronics and environmental protection etc. This series of products also has the characteristics of simple equipment, convenient operation, strong adaptability and small bed resistance.

1. Process Conditions
Temperature: 10-80 ° C for MT-1;
Airspeed: 200-1500h-1;

Empty Tower Line Speed: 0.10-0.30 m/s; 
Pressure: Ordinary pressure to 8 MPa;

Humidity: The greater the humidity, the better, preferably close to saturated water vapor, but it is strictly forbidden to bring water into the bed;
The bed height to diameter ratio is ≥ 3.

2. The desulfurization operation does not need special heating and energy consumption, but the outdoor desulfurization device must be insulated in winter to avoid gas overcooling, which will result in desulfurizer activity reduction, bed water and deterioration.

3. The amount of desulfurizer required is determined by the following conditions:
1). Concentration of H2S in the feed gas and gas flow rate; 
2). Sulfur capacity of the desulfurizer;
3). Volume of desulfurization tower; 
4). Desulfurizer replacement cycle.
