| Application Notes | - To avoid rusting, use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use to avoid rusting
- Apply anti-rust if the machine is going to be unused for a long period of time
- Sample testing is available upon customer's request
- Never roll materials with hardness > HRC 50
- In order to prolong the lifespan of the roller bearings, regular lubrication is recommended.
- Multi-step thickness calendering needed: While calendering the sample sheet, make each calendering decrement of 0.02mm comparing to sheet original thickness.
- Clean roller surface for each rolling and Use acetone to clean and lubricate when not in use to avoid corrosion
- This rolling machine can not be used under Ar gas
- It is not allowed to use any CY product in any hazardous location, especially prohibit from using in Class I environments (flammable gasses & vapor).
