Horizontal, three zone thermal shock chamber utilizes controlled areas for hot, ambient and cold temperatures.

Hot and Cold Thermal Shock Testing Chamber
Mechanical structure:
1. The system meets the thermal cycling reliability test specifications (GJB150-2002, CNS, MIL, IEC, JIS);
2. Test samples are placed in the basket and then the motor drives control up-and-down of the basket to meet the purpose of testing the speciman in the cold and heat chamber;
3. Special design is adopted by thermal shock chamber to save space and get moderate operation altitude. So it is easy for maintenance of thermal shock chamber.
4. The insulating layer consists of anti-fire PU and high density fiber cotton to acquire best performance. In addition, the new design of D-series anti-sweat duct system is used to make the instrument more precise.
5. High load pulleys are installed in the bottom of the machine to facilitate the movement of the machine.
6. High-cold-resistant stainless steel has the ability of high tightness even in the serious temperature conditions.

Thermal shock test is a method of environmental testing that subjects a product to alternating extremes of high and low temperatures. Thermal shock testing allows for the observation of changes in product characteristics and failure occurrence caused by different materials and their thermal expansion coefficients. A thermal gradient difference in the different parts of the object expands by different amounts and can cause cracking and failure. KOMEG brand thermal shock and thermal stress chambers have been designed to operate in accordance with reliability programs, quality control, and commercial test programs and military test.
