The circular vibrating screen utilizes a motor external mopping vibrator to make the screen body reciprocally vibrate in the direction of the exciting force, and the material is circularly moved on
the screen surface to achieve the purpose of screening. It consists of vibration source, sieve body, screen mesh, vibration damping device, base, etc. It has reasonable structure and is durable.
The circular vibrating screen mainly comprises a sieve box, a screen mesh, a vibrator, a vibration-damping spring device, a chassis, a suspension (or support) device and an electric motor.
The circular vibrating screen structure is composed of a spring support group, a transmission device, a sieve box, a support base, a thin oil lubrication vibrator and the like.
The drive screen machine adopts a petal coupling and a flexible disc coupling which are simple in structure and easy to manufacture and repair, and overcomes the defect that the universal joint is easy to be damaged; the vibrator adopts an eccentric structure and has a simple structure; The application of the feeding box and the feeding box increases the effective screening area of the vibrating screen, and at the same time prolongs the service life of the feeding end screen; the transmission part adds an intermediate transition bearing seat, and the application of the intermediate transition bearing seat effectively protects the motor and extends the motor Service life. The motor is mounted on the left side of the screen frame and can also be mounted on the right side of the screen frame. This series of screens is mounted in a seat. The adjustment of the screen inclination can be achieved by changing the height of the spring support.
Characteristics
The circular vibrating screen adopts the cylindrical eccentric shaft vibration exciter and the partial block to adjust the amplitude, which is convenient to use and maintain; the spring steel woven screen or the punching sieve plate has a long service life and is not easy to block the hole; the rubber vibration isolation spring has a long service life. Low noise, smooth over-resonance area, etc.
Features of the circular vibrating screen:
(1) Large processing capacity and high screening efficiency.
(2) The vibrator is lubricated with bearing thin oil and external block eccentric structure. It has the characteristics of large excitation force, small bearing load, low temperature and low noise. (The bearing temperature rise is less than 35°).
(3) The whole disassembly and assembly of the vibrator is convenient for maintenance and replacement, which greatly shortens the maintenance period. (It takes only 1 to 2 hours to change the vibrator).
(4) The side plate of the sieve machine adopts the whole plate cold work, no welding, high strength and long service life. The connection between the beam and the side plate is connected by torsion-cutting high-strength bolts, without welding, and the beam is easy to replace.
(5) The sieve machine adopts rubber spring to reduce vibration, and has the advantages of low noise, long service life, stable over-common vibration zone and small dynamic load of each branch of the sieve machine.
(6) The motor and the exciter are connected by a flexible coupling, which has the advantages of long service life and small impact on the motor.
