Structure & Material
| - Materials:
- Chamber: 1.5 mm thick brushed SS304 with tensile strength > 500 Mpa
- Exterior: 3 mm thickness cold rolled steel with tensile strength > 400 Mpa
- Structure:Two anti-explosion chambers, top and bottom
- Chamber Size: 500mm x 500mm x 500mm (x2)
- Testing Cables: Two 3 meters long cable with clamp are included, Max. current rating is 30A
- Ports: Each chamber has two 2" diameter holes reserved for electric cables of battery testing equipment
- Safety door: Pressure relief door is built on the back of each chamber. In the event of a battery explosion, the door will open and release pressure.
- Note: The max. capacity of Li-Ion batteries to be tested in the chamber should be limited to 4.2V@ 40Ah for single cell or 160Wh for battery pack without protection circus

Venting Fan | - Venting port with high quality exhaust fan is installed in back chamber which shall be connected to your venting system. (ducting and exhaust system are not included )
- Warning: Must keep venting fan and exhaust system running during battery testing to avoid pressure build-up in the case of battery explosion.
- Centrifugle in-line exhuast fan with aluminum flex duct connection is recommended.

Lighting | - Anti-explosion LED light (30W) is installed inside of each chamber.
- Angle of illumination is adjustable upto 90°
