PU foam sealing strip is made from PU foam with high resilience, PE film, PP skeleton, strong self-adhesive tape, which are mainly used in sealing door and window. As a product can instead in wool weatherstrip and rubber seal strip, it has much more excellent performance. The sealing and sound insulation performance are both better than other seal strips, and it has a long time service life, not easy to age. The open cells foam make sure that when the window or door is closed, it can turn thin and leak tight that seal the gaps better. Temperature range test: from -40 ºC to 90 ºC no significant change in sealing performance
Heat conduction K value test: 0 ºC K value ≤ 0.035W / m2K
Fatigue test: imitate the window switch 500,000 times, no significant change in shape
Sound insulation test: only with the intermediate tape IV68 windows, drop noise 43 dB
With a middle strip and additional tape of the IV76 widows, drop noise 43dB

Choose of the strip

According to the door gap to choose .different types of the seals:
Type I: suit to the door gap 1.2-2.0mm
Type E: suit to the door gap 2.5-3.8mm
Type D: suit to the door gap 3.5-5.5mm
