Multi-disc vacuum filter has the advantages of large production, simple operation and low energy consumption, which not only can be used for the treatment of white water recycle and other aspects, but also can be used as slurry concentrating equipment in the pulping and papermaking process.

Application

The disc filter is mainly used to wash and thicken low consistency pulp, and to recover white water in papermaking process.

Design Feature

By adopting the vacuum coming from the drop leg extraction, and also with the helps from filtration media, Disc Filter separates the solid & filtrates and gets different quality filtrates divided by the distribution valve.
Currently Disc Filter is widely used for white water recycling and pulp thickening. When used as saveall, it recycles water and fibers; when used for thickening, it achieves high production rate via unit machine but low fiber loss content. Outlet consistency can reach to 12%~14%.Its performance has successfully reached to the national advanced standards.
