Material

This type of current transformer is fully insulated by epoxy resin. The primary winding is made of high quality copper bar or copper stripe. The secondary coils are wound by polyester enameled copper wires with high mechanical strength. We always choose raw material strictly before our production.

a. Construction: windings consist of a measuring winding and a protective winding.

b. The iron core is manufactured from quality non-aging, cold rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel laminations or Fe-based nanocrystalline core.

c. All iron cores undergo strict thermal treatment to ensure the high quality of these current transformers.
