Description
The 3CX15000H3 is a metal/ceramic, medium -mu, forced air cooled power triode, intended for use in radio frequency heating as oscillator. Max anode dissipation: 15KW, max frequency: 90MHZ, max grid dissipation: 1KW. Plentiful reserve emission is available from its 1000 watt filament. The grid structure is rated at 500 watts, making this tube an excellent choice for industrial service. The output power could be up to 40KW.
