Application
The vibration-proof Pressure gauge is applied to the occasion with dynamic load and vibration or to measure the pressure of gas and liquid which can not corrode copper alloy. It is widely used in machinery, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, mining, and electric power sector. Measuring the pressure of the high corrosion media, the material should be stainless steel vibration- proof and anticorrosive (such as acid, alkali, ammonia)

Working pressure: The pressure gauge should not exceed 3/4 of the maximum scale value under steady pressure, and not exceed 2/3 of the maximum scale value under fluctuation pressure, and not exceed 1/3 of the maximum scale value under short-time pressure.

Operation
* In the environment with sharp pressure change, vibration and pulsation, protective devices should be added to the pressure gauge.
* Do not use your hand to pull the gauge case during installation or disassembly. Please use a wrench for installation.
* Please use the pressure gauge with no oil mark when measuring oxygen, acetylene or other combustible gases.
*Pressure gauge should be installed horizontally orvertically.
* When measuring the medium with explosion risk, easy crystallization, easy solidification and corrosiveness, please select Hakin special medium
pressure gauge.
* The pressure gauge is to be used at an ambient temperature between -35ºC~+70ºC with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%. The medium temperature should be between -35ºC~+200ºC.( close to the lowest temperature will affect the normal work of the instrument)

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A:FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
