 Roll forming machine  can be supplied as part of Flexible Manufacturing Systems wich may consist of integrated punching, bending, notching, welding and other equipments. 


 
The roll forming line wil incorporate its mosts advanced mechanical and electronic technology. PLC controls can be managed remotedly with the PLC memory holding the operation programme sequence to run without interruption and without producing scrap between one sequence sector and another.

The roll forming machine consists of 5-ton manual uncoiler, infeed guide, fixed position driven forming stations, cutting equipment, hydraulic station, PLC control console, pre-cutter, safety cover, and manual unload product run out table.
