KM-350B hose cutting machine works accurately,fast and smoothly without fragment and bad smell. There is a perspective setting outside the cutting blade. The use of lubricant and cooler reduce the rub and abrasion,thus prolong the life span of cutting blade.Besides it has drawing fan,offering you fresh air. This type machine is suitable for the hose with pressure steel wire braid.



Operation

1. Air supply:this machine don't provide air supply.The customers need have it by themselves. The customer can connect the joint ofφ8 to air supply which can supply the compressed air of 0.65-0.8Mpa(displacement ≥0.15m3/min)
2. The pillar position is very importance. Please place the pillar is a proper positon in order to the hose and blade edge are parallel.
3. Attention: method of placing the pillar: the diameter of hose is bigger and the width between centers of two pillars should be bigger.
4. First,when push the start button ,the motor will be operation.Second push the pedal switch by foot and the hose will be cutted.

Periodic clean the machine, to keep it clean.

3.Strictly testing and inspetion. 
(A) for raw material, we will check again by our inspector as per international standard.Only the raw material reach to international standard and allow enter kangmai facotry. 
(B) for hydraulic and eletrical parts, such as valve, pump, motor and so on, we use famous brand both from China and abroad.However, we will check again when these parts enter our facotry. 
(C) before the hose crimping machine enter our warehouse, the inspector check the machine roundess, taper, opening, speed, noise, apprance and so on.Only each parts is up to standard of ISO, CE standard, the machine can enter the warehouse. 
(D) when the machine package, the inspector the dies, the package and other parts of clients requriment.Everything is ok, the inspector signed and machine allow to go out the facotry.
