Packaging: The pasteurized mango pulp is transferred to sterilized containers, such as cans or jars, and sealed to maintain its freshness. Alternatively, it may be packed in aseptic bags or drums for bulk storage.
Cooling and Storage: The packaged pulp is cooled rapidly to the desired temperature and stored in a cool environment until it is ready for distribution.
