WPC (Wood Plastic composite) Decking Profile Production Line
This WPC (Wood Plastic composite) Decking Profile Production Line is mainly used to produce WPC decking floors, WPC profiles, WPC wall panels and sliding panel, WPC interior panels and so on. This WPC decking making machine adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of WPC material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

This WPC profile extrusion line adopt conic twin screw extruder, which is suitable for both PVC powder and PVC granules. It has degassing system to ensure the excellent material plasticization. The high speed mould is available, and it can largely increase the productivity.
Die head:
3Cr13/3Cr17 material;
Complete set include extrusion die head, calibrator and cooling tank;
Apply to soft PVC, rigid PVC, soft-hard co-extrusion profile, foamed profile, multi-layers co-extrusion etc.
Cutting machine:
Precision machine cutter is able to make flat, straight cuts at high speed. A powerful suction device gathers up waste scraps after cutting, thereby making it easier for users to clean the cutter.
