After testing, we will sift tubing don't withstand intended operating pressure. There are many different reasons to cause such phenomenon. Such as improper sintering, solvent not dried totally, substance in green compact, etc | Crazing is small cracks close to the surface of PTFE tube. It is difficult to find it if not test. However crazing will become cracks after being used for some time. | Some tubing will leaks because of improper production process or other problem. It will be harmful as fluoroplastic usually used in punishing conditions | Many factories in China use substandard PTFE resins to reduce cost. But such tube will be with very low pressure rating. It is difficult to find it if judge by naked eyes. However, pneumatic testing will help us find problem easily. | |||||||||
