Usage: this line machine is maily designed for masterbatch production. such like PP,PE,LLDPE/LDPE/HDPE ect. also can produce carbon black masterbatch too.
1- Rubber kneader (banbury mixer) : Specially designed for plastic mixing, with heating system. rotor is stellite welded,after polishing and quenching. this will make rotor and chamber high wear-resistant.
The reducer are hardened gear teeth,no noise,longlife us .
2- Force feeding device :
INVT frequency converter. Double screw for material feeding, Contaction with single screw is Harvard structure
3- The extruder is the highest technology design now in this area :
Screw is made by nitriding steel (38CrMoALA), Surface is under nitrogen treatment, thickness ≥0.7mm, Hardness is HRC70. Cooling by water .
Barrel material is nitriding steel (38CrMoALA), Surface is under nitrogen treatment, thickness ≥0.7mm, Hardness is HRC70. Outer with stainless steel cover . Heating of barrel is made by Cast aluminum heater.
4- Air cooling mould surface hot cutting pelletizer.
All material for water bank,pump and pipes are made by stainless steel. Pipes with cover to protect and easy maintaince
Hydraulic screen changer : fixed between the barrel and head,which can strainer the impurity during working, sametime each exchanged and clean.
The Interlock Control System: we use intelligent instrument,PID parameter setting and double channel. The head of extruder with testing device for temperature and pressure. All the data will be shown and protection the temperature and pressure. 5- The electric parts we used is DELIXI brand,contactor is from SIMENS.
