Raw Materials
1.Describe----------Hammer Mill
-This kind of hammer mill is widely used in farm, wood and feed factory, etc. The raw materials can be kinds of grain, grass, even wood chips, wood branch, stalks, carton, waster paper etc.
-The final crushed material can be 3-8mm, which is suitable to make animal feed or biomass pellets.
-The machine could be driven by the diesel engine and electric motor.-If you have the specific requirements about the power, we will do that as you required.
-Spare parts are hammers and screen. You can get the different size of crushed material by changing the screen.
- Also, machine voltage accepts customized. Generally voltage is 380v/50hz/3phase.
2.Describe-----------Mixer
-The feed mixer is suitable for concentrated feed,the full price of powdered feed mixing,used for some big feed processing factories, farms and home.
-Specially designed nesting institutions open sngle,rapid discharge,fast discharge,small residues.
-It takes the international advanced granule structure,adopting the soft knife joint forms,realize the CVT,can arbitrary cut into the required length of product,it is not easy to produce the burr.
-With distinctive turbocharged punching equipment,ensure the forage yield and quality.
-And with electric heating device to improve feed puffing rate.
-Speed-adjustable feeding device,more convenient operation,evenly feed,prevent suppress machine.
-The discharging template change is simple,only change the required aperture template if you need different aperture feed.
-Produced floating feed pellets can float on water more than 12hours,not pollute the water and easy digested.
4.Description---------- Dryer
Final pellets from fish feed extruder are moist in high temperature, so they can not be transported and stored immediately and require to be dried first.
5.Description-------Packing Machine
-New controller with high precision can display the total weight , number of package ,easy operation.
-The adaptive software , having the function of automatic control parameters setting , automatic drop revising , over-weight warning and auto-diagnosis.
-Wide packing range , it can match well with conveyor and sewing machine. Adopt imported sensor , pneumatic actuator , easy maintenance and non-pollution.
