Description

GD-H1705 Lubricating Oil High-temperature High-shear Dynamic Viscosity Tester

Introduction:
The instrument mainly measures the apparent viscosity of lubricating oil at high temperature and high shear rate. The test principle is that the sample is discharged from the capillary viscometer under the pressure of nitrogen (carbon dioxide) below 150 °C. The effluent time and pressure can be obtained by the apparent viscosity of the capillary viscometer reaching a certain apparent viscosity, and the curve corrected by each viscometer cell corresponds to the viscosity of the oil measured.

Technical Features:
1. The instrument is the first in China and has been used by most customers;
2. Accessories can be exchanged with imported instruments;
3. Equipped with special high shear viscosity calculation software;
4. No solvent cleaning, only a small amount of new samples can be washed;
5. The instrument runs continuously every day;
6. Glass capillary meets the standard requirements, diameter 0.15mm, length 16mm;
7. Users can set different shear rates and test temperatures for research purposes;
8. 5 sample units can be continuously and quickly measured one by one, and can do 15~20 samples per hour;
9. Touch the LCD screen control, can be directly operated on the LCD screen;
10. The software automatically recommends test pressure, the test results can generate Excel report mode.
