Machine Features

1. With the link rocker design,independent control of single-axis servo motor,easy to operate,shaped spring can be placed by the angle of the tooling to save set-up time,increase production efficiency.

2. Using taiwan roller guides to ensure the abrasive resistance and precision.

3. The design of putting spinner on  core rotary,it can be wire rotary function,it will be easier to form some more diffcult product.

4. Taiwan control system, comparing with cam spring machine,cam-less type will be more efficient to produce battery connector etc.

5.The separation of rotary motor and wire feed box reduces the load of feed box and increases the angle of the rotary,which is to ensure the accuracy of the wire feed and rotary.

  A:  The standard power supply in China is 380V, 3P, 50Hz. We also can customized as per requirement.

  A: The payment term is 30% deposit as PO confirmation ,and 70% should be finished before the shipment.We also accept other payment term.

  A: Normally the delivery time of the machine is 30 days after receiving deposit.But it depends on machine model.Some of them could be shipped within 10 days.
