1,Product description
The ROTAFLEX type pumping units is the patented product of
Weatherford of American. It has mixed together major features and advantages of all kind of pumping units through years of research and development. As a unique engineering breakthrough, the 100%
mechanical ROTAFLEX is especially suitable for producing high volume fluid in deep wells with rod pump and heavy oil recovery. We had developed up to seven types. Lots of products had been
exported to America, Canada, Cuba, Argentina, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Middle East and other countries in addition to be using in Shengli, Dagang, Liaohe oilfield and almost every big oilfield in China. It has proved that the pump unit with the international advanced level combines the advantages of high efficiency, reliability and energy saving.
Main Advantages:
1. Slow, Long Strokes: Long stroke make high coefficient of fullness, less fluid pounding;Slow period means less wear on downhole equipments and little cost.
2. Belt Transmission: A long life heavy duty belt transmission can absorb the shock during stroke reverse, thus effectively reduce the stress on downhole components to make rod strings run smoothly.
3. Low Torque Demand: The torque demand is greatly reduced due to the short torque arm which is only 0.46m. Thereby, smaller prime mover and gear box may be possible which can cut down energy costs by 10% to 40% comparing to other manual lift system.
4. Optimum Structure Design, Safety and Convenience: Two sets of brake systems with the automatic braking device ensure the units safety absolutely; enclosed unit design makes the units folded up and convenient during shipping, moving safely.
5. High Reliability and Low Maintenance: High reliability by using antifriction bearings, heavy duty belt, heavy load sleeve roller chains, mechanical balance, perfectly lubricating system and self-protection and enclosed unit design ensure to carry load evenly and perfect rigidity through optimum design.
6. Auxiliary system is fairly complete, not only for high volume production, but also for deep wells low volume production.
