APPLICATION
Adipic acid is used primarily as a raw material for nylon 66 and engineering plastics, as well as in the production of various ester products, as a raw material for polyurethane elastomers, and as an acidifier for various foods and beverages, which sometimes outperforms citric acid and tartaric acid.
Adipate is also used in medicine, yeast purification, pesticides, adhesives, synthetic leather, synthetic dyes and spices.
Cadioic acid has a soft and lasting taste, and the pH value changes little in a larger concentration range, so it is a good pH value regulator.It can also be used for jelly and jelly powder. The maximum usage of jelly is 0.01g/kg.When used for jelly powder, the dosage can be increased according to the times of impulse adjustment.
