Directions for Use:
Shower+massage: wet your body, take suitable amount of the product and apply slowly over the body, apply a massage with a force that makes you feel confortable; applying extra massage on the upper half of body, palm and sole with produce better effect.
Sore feet relief:Epsom salt is famous for rejuvenating tired feet, simply add 1 cup to about 1 gallon of warm water and soak for at least 5 minues at a time.
Aromatherapy Bath Soak:
Add 2 cup of Epsom salt under warm running bath water to release its genttle aroma, the epsom salt helps relieve tension and provides a soothing,relaxing experience. Soak for at least 15 minutes.
